Most consulting engagements start with assumptions about what you need. We start by understanding how you actually work. Our Advisory in Residence program embeds an innovation specialist with your organization for 2-4 weeks.
Discovery Phase (1-2 weeks)
Our advisor embeds with your team, observing operations, interviewing stakeholders, documenting processes.
Analysis Phase (1 week)
We analyze findings, research applicable solutions, develop opportunity assessments.
Recommendation Phase
You receive 3-4 detailed opportunity briefs with implementation roadmaps, cost-benefit analysis, and next steps.
Optional Implementation
