What is the Alexander Innovation Centre?
AIC is a Vancouver-based AI innovation ecosystem. It connects founders, AI talent, researchers, companies and investors through four pillars: Founders Lab (community and startup funnel), AI Adoption (AI training and upskilling), Applied Research (applied research and pilots), and Accelerator (structured startup acceleration).
How do founders join AIC?
Founders enter through Founders Lab open membership: join the community, take part in events and workshops, build with mentors and peers, and get discovered. Promising startups can progress into AIC's selective acceleration pathway.
Where should my business start with AI?
Start with a free AI Readiness Review. AIC looks at how your work actually flows and shows you where AI will save time or money, and where it won't, before you spend on any tools.
Can AIC train my team?
Yes. AIC trains owners, managers, and staff to use AI in real business tasks, from half-day briefings to multi-week cohorts, delivered in Vancouver or virtually across Canada.
